Album Sou eu
The Album Sou Eu, by Brazilian songwriter and musician Caco Mendes, presents a creative mixture of MPB, Samba, Jazz-Blues, Rock and Ballads, and plays on radios in Brazil and abroad
Caco Mendes is a Musician and Composer. In his first authorial work, entitled Sou Eu, Caco presents the digital mix and originality that form his musical identity. They are songs filled with multiple influences ranging from Samba to Rock, passing through Bossa, Jazz and Baião, among other rhythms of this eclectic melting pot. His restless guitar explores and exposes his roots in an MPB without borders. This mix is repeated in the lyrics of his songs, some with a strong social character, others very humorous, passing through simple - or not so much - love songs. Great musicians from the national scene take part in the project, such as Arthur Maia (Gilberto Gil), Bebe Kramer (Yamandu Costa), Marcelo Martins (Djavan), Sérgio Chiavazzoli (Gilberto Gil), Téo Lima (Djavan), Cláudio Andrade (Seu Jorge), Lui Coimbra, Rafael Barata and Claudio Infante, among several others. The production and arrangements are signed by Caco Mendes in partnership with Arthur Maia. The album features the participation of the singer Amelinha, mixing by Flavio Senna and mastering by Flavio Senna and Flavio Senna Neto.
